Introducing Sundry Saturday
Happy weekend everybody!
We’re going to try a new weekly segment here at AdamWeitz.com called “Sundry Saturday.“ Every week, in preparation for this website, I sift through a lot of links and news articles trying to find relevant items to write about. Now, most of these items never relate to the areas we cover on AW so they just get deleted.
However, and this happens every day, I find items that are worth noting though they don’t seem to fit into our chosen topics. I usually just keep them to myself or e-mail them to a friend. Every now and then I’ll even post one or two on Twitter or Facebook but I’ve still always wanted to put them on this site.
So kids that’s what Sundry Saturday is for. Each weekend I’ll post a random assortment of things that I have found interesting or entertaining during the previous week. Some may be valuable to you and some may just be dumb. But, true to the name, each Saturday will be filled with beautiful randomness. So let’s dive in, shall we?

Rambler Sockets
I’m not a fan of the navigation and layout over at TrendHuner.com but those guys have some cool stuff. Check out the Rambler Socket. Basically, it’s like your standard wall outlet if it also had an extension cord attached to it. Pretty sweet.
Not So Romantic Valentine’s Cards
Fair warning, some of these may be considered vulgar. However, I found them to be entertaining and it was also kind of fun remember which songs these lines came from.
A Collection of favorite Mac OS X Hints tips
Rob Griffiths at MacWorld has compiled some of his all time favorite tricks in Mac OS. My personal favorite on his list? Running your desktop background with a screensaver. Check it out.

Pretty simple idea. Upload your music library to your online account and stream it wherever you have internet access. You can do it on your iPhone, Blackberry or any web browser. This is perfect for people who want to stream their music collection while at work. This is also great if you don’t want to overload your Blackberry with your extensive music collection but still want music portability. This thing would have come in handy last week when my iPod ran out of power and I had to stream Pandora on my Blackberry instead.
